Local holding
Short-term parcel holding and mailbox services are separate ideas under assessment. No receiving address or storage entitlement is offered here.
Pilot before expansion
A consenting shop, approved provider, agreed liability and staff training are needed before live handling. Carrier-authorised redirection is different from recovering a lost parcel.
